I recently attended the SAFe® Agile course led by Vaijayantee, and I must say it was an excellent experience, especially for someone like me who had no prior knowledge of SAFe® Agile. I am delighted to share that I have earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute on my first attempt, scoring “Above Target” in all three domains: People, Process, and Business Environment.

This achievement reflects my dedication to continuous growth and mastery of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. My journey began with training for 35 PDUs, filing the application, and taking multiple mock exams. Special thanks to the Effective Project Management Academy and mentors Vaijayantee Kamat for their invaluable support.

After completing the required 35 PDUs in April 2022, my preparations were put on hold due to a year-long project in the UK. Upon returning, I resumed my studies in January 2024 and, despite struggling with accuracy, significantly improved after attending the PMP Action Camp from May 20 to May 31.
