I have been a student with this academy from a long time, I started training for PMP® and now I am doing SAFe®. The faculty here are really very good & the admin staff. So much of in-depth knowledge with industries standard. I would highly recommend doing a project management training program at Effective Project Management Academy. Vaijayanti Mam's she is an excellent instructor with great expertise in project management, her teaching style is clear, engaging, and practical, making it easy to understand the material. so you don't have to memorize anything
I recently attended the SAFe® Agile course led by Vaijayantee, and I must say it was an excellent experience, especially for someone like me who had no prior knowledge of SAFe® Agile. Vaijayantee ma’am’s teaching style was clear, engaging, and well-structured, making complex concepts easy to grasp even for beginners.
The course content was comprehensive, covering all key aspects of SAFe® Agile in a way that was both practical and informative. Vaijayantee ma’am took the time to ensure everyone understood each topic before moving on, which was greatly appreciated.
I particularly liked how interactive the sessions were, with practical examples and real-world scenarios that helped solidify our understanding. By the end of the course, I felt confident in my understanding of SAFe® Agile principles, frameworks, and their application.
Overall, I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to dive into SAFe® Agile, whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your knowledge.
Thank you Vaijayantee mam, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your excellent facilitation of the SAFe course session. Your expertise and guidance have been instrumental in helping me understand the concepts and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework.
Your clear explanations, practical examples, and patience in addressing our questions have made the complex topics much more accessible. I particularly appreciated the User Stories creation (Do's and Don'ts), Roles & Responsibilities - PO, PM and team.
The knowledge and insights I've gained from this course will undoubtedly be valuable in my professional journey. Thank you for your dedication to our learning and for creating such an engaging and informative session.
I am delighted to share that I have earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute on my first attempt, scoring "Above Target" in all three domains: People, Process, and Business Environment.
This achievement reflects my dedication to continuous growth and mastery of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. My journey began with training for 35 PDUs, filing the application, and taking multiple mock exams. Special thanks to the Effective Project Management Academy and mentors Vaijayantee Kamat for their invaluable support.
After completing the required 35 PDUs in April 2022, my preparations were put on hold due to a year-long project in the UK. Upon returning, I resumed my studies in January 2024 and, despite struggling with accuracy, significantly improved after attending the PMP Action Camp from May 20 to May 31.
Thank you to everyone who supported me on this transformative journey!
I highly recommend Mr. Sateesh Kamat's Sir PMP training program at Effective Project Management Academy. He is an excellent instructor with great expertise in project management. His teaching style is clear, engaging, and practical, making it easy to understand the material.
The tutors are highly experienced with real life experience on various projects. That makes it easy to explain the topics with suitable examples in simple layman language. Highly recommended, to get trained under them.
Lots of Gratitude to EPMA and Mr. Satish Kamat for offering an excellent value adding training on PMP !! Looking forward to continue learning and apply these efficient and profound principles to benefit of my organization and people around me.
Dear All,
You will be glad to know that I passed the PMP exam with "Above Target" performance rating in my first attempt.
As someone rightly said "It's not about the destination, it's about the journey"
I started my PMP journey with the EPMA team and with my PMP Guru Viajayantee mam.
All the training sessions by mam are neately designed and easy to understand.
The EPMA study book provided by mam is an excellent extract of PMBOK and Agile Practice Guide.
That being said, this book also has cross reference links to PMBOK / APG topics in case you want to study a particular topic in detail.
After preparation when I felt confident enough, I appeared for EPMA Mock Tests.
Vaijayantee mam personally evaluated performance for my first two mock tests and identified the gaps in my knowledge.
This approach immensely helped me in concentrating on my weaker area and eventually my performance in the remaining three mock tests was improved.
Even after completing mock tests, the EPMA team and mam were always available to solve my queries.
I will definitely recommend EPMA if you want success in the PMP exam in your first attempt.
Thanks again to the entire EPMA team.
EPMA Mock tests are really wonderful. Seems like these are made with a thinking in mind that slowly and steadily these prepare students for final exam. I may have cleared only 1 exam out of all, but I really appreciate the team for these kind of mock test. I have learned a lot during 3 months after starting my PMI- ACP course and started applying my gained knowledge in day to day life.
Thank you for your kindness and compassion. As a teacher you provided with me more than just facts to memorize. Thank you for helping to prepare me for the real project management world. You have definitely had a positive effect on me and I will remember it for years to come.
I must thank and appreciate Vaijayantee Ma'am and EPMA team who are very supportive and responsive in every interaction that I ever had with the team. Be it requesting mocks multiple times , queries or concerns, everything was answered very quickly and happily.
It was a great learning experience. It takes a lot of determination and consistency to clear this one but with the guidance from EPMA , you definitely will have a clear path forward to achieve success in this examination.
Thanks everyone from the EPMA team again for your support and guidance and making it look achievable and giving us the confidence to succeed.
Thank you so much Vaijayantee Ma'am and the institute.
Mocks( even look and feel and timer of PMP® exam page is same as our mock tests, my exam was much similar to mock2 and mock4)
While I was giving the exam and lacking time, I was recalling the analysis that Ma'am had shared on Time management for first 60 questions, and the rest 120 questions.
Answers in mail from Ma'am saying, "If you were in this situation, what you would have done, would you go stakeholder or analyse first" and then I marked the answers. If I was overspending time on one question, I marked it for review and went to next.
As I remember Ma'am saying, "Uma! don't over-analyze!"
You definitely need a mentor like EPMA.
The journey through the 35 PDU course hours were amazing & very thorough explaining / discussing the actual scenarios / examples of the current various industries and the knowledge we get is priceless. It helped me a lot understanding the various concepts on the project management & I highly recommend (PMP® Certification from EPMA from Ms. Vaijayantee Ma'am...…I am very glad that I was part of the PDU training & it encouraging me to take up the exam based on the explanations I gone through the session...…I wish a very bright future to EPMA nurturing future PM's.
EPMA has been really very effective for my preparation to (PMP® examination, they really guide and coach on how to study, how to prepare, topic wise details with relevance to examination, very good notes.
Even online session was well crafted and Vaijayantee Ma’am take very sincere efforts to make me understand with practical examples and case studies.
The team members are also very responsive and supportive.
It was my best decision to choose EPMA and it's upto to me to achieve the next milestone. I would strongly recommend EPMA for (PMP® and other certifications related to Project Management.
EPMA is best place to do (PMP® certification.
Vaijayantee Ma'am is fountain of Knowledge. She coaches by giving real examples and making concepts very easy. She is very approachable and you can discuss your doubts, issues with her.
EPMA team is very approachable and helpful in terms of getting support on Training material and exam applications.
The Training and study material is very easy and very well organised to understand each and every concept thoroughly.
I would highly recommend EPMA for (PMP® certification.
Thanks Vaijayantee Ma'am and Team.
Well Organised Institute with best Experienced Experts who conducting the course sessions more effective with interactions, examples, case studies, Mock test and more and more...
EPMA is an excellent choice to go for PMP®.
With practical examples, real-life scenarios, and immersive stories.... that is how EPMA has introduced me to the wonderful PMP® course. The sessions were as interesting as they were knowledgable.
The EPMA team coordinates and motivates you to do your best. Vaijayantee madam shares her passion and experience towards PMP® readiness so well that it instills confidence to prepare for the exam.
Thanks All! It’s been great journey in boot camp.
I had taken EPMA class in October 2018 however I haven’t think much at that time and I moved to UAE in June 2021 realized benefit of having PMP® certification and have taken Class again however after that also I have left study again.
After Bootcamp daily practice of study make this possible and continuous support from EPMA team.
Most important trick I can say video recording of EMPA class which having detail concepts clarification with example. That’s help a lot.
Thank you very much Madam, for your support, encouragement and what not.
Boot camp helped me a lot. First and foremost thing was, you made us more disciplined; waking up early in the morning, meditation and so on. NO2 dump exercises were also quite effective.
I was discouraged after my second mock test. After talking to you, I was relaxed and again focused and attended another two mocks and regained the lost confidence.
Mr. Kamat had explained the subject very well. He had given very good simple examples for making the topics crystal clear.
I have really enjoyed my PMP® journey.
1) Read EPMA study materials, PMBOK® Guide-6, and APG thoroughly. No need to study anything else.
2) I started my preparation after Training, so means I completed study along with exam in 2.5 months.
Daily around 2-3 hrs and Sunday around 8 hrs. But if u don't get much time, study for whatever time u get, but be consistent.
I also didn't get time for study someday, that's fine, but try to be consistent, that's the key.
I took around 10 days leave before exam.
3) I watched EPMA study videos many times whenever I stucked somewhere.
4) After reading each chapter, I focused on solving questions first. After solving questions and reading the description of answer, ur concepts will be more clear. So focus on solving many questions and if u got stuck to understand why particular answer is right, refer to PMBOK-6 again for clear understanding for that part.
5) Try to read every question 2 times for all EPMA materials questions, Mock questions and real exam questions so that u will understand what it is referring, every word and sentence of question have some meaning and concept included, so understand it properly.
6) Many situations taught in lecture were also part of questions in exam.
7) After sufficient study, give 1st mock, so that u will feel the real exam experience and will know where u exactly stand and through feedback from Mam, you will know where you have to improve. After mock, analyse the every question of mock throughly, spend around 8-10 hrs in analysis.
8) EPMA book questions and mock questions are similar to actual exam questions, so understand each question and it's correct answer.
9) I found EPMA mock is similar to actual exam.
10) All exam questions were situational based, not any straight forward, diagram related 3-4 questions was also there in exam, I faced no Calculation based question.
I hope this will help you in ur prepration.
Dear friends....
I am happy to share that i passed my PMP® exam today. All areas above target.
Thanks to Sateesh sir, you have taken far more efforts for me, right from filling form...till my final exam. Unmatchable support and guidance.
Thanks to entire EPMA team for great support and motivation. This is the real extra ordinary training institute, I can say.
The overall content and structure of course offered by EPMA was very informative and helpful for earning PMP certification. It is well organized and focused on practical situations.
Vaijayantee Kamat is a great instructor cum practitioner who provided many real-life examples and useful tips. Kudos to her unique yet simplistic teaching methods. A lot is learnt from every word of her teaching. I have made my fundamentals clear and strong. The overall course was very interactive and especial thanks for providing relevant examples during query resolving by Madam.
Also, starting from the registration to application submission, the EPMA team was very supportive.
The PMP® course by EPMA is highly recommended for anyone aspiring for PMP®.
Well ya it was a kinda experience 😊 I tried scheduling the exam thrice but got postponed due to Covide situation and after that I got into Covide ( Now I’m well). So consider this also while scheduling exams and as Sir always said pls first schedule the Exam.
The course material of EPMA is fine enough but do go into PMBOK® Guide thrice( I did) then go through EPMA material once do repeat this thrice and then only appear for mock tests. Take feedback on the mock test seriously . Do study agile portion nicely( I got most questions on this part)
Do jot down your own understanding and mapping
1. Take your 5 mock tests seriously.
2. Listen carefully to Vaijayantee Maam's or Sateesh Sir's lecture video.
3. After each mock test. Go through the explanations of each questions (irrespective you got it right or wrong).
4. Do small breathing exercise each day, which would keep you fresh and tension free, which actually helped me a lot.
5. Understand the graph well, shown in our PMBOK and Agile book. As we get some questions related to it.
Following EPMA guidelines for study is must to pass. Mock tests are very important no matter how confident we feel.
Keeping in mind ,examples given during sessions helps a lot to connect and do not require to mug up any formulas,memorize the concepts{ eg 10 story bldg,Mrs D'Souza}
First reading EPMA Handbook, with examples,narratives during sessions at back of the mind{ Focus on recollecting ,or go through recordings}
I am confident that kind of knowledge EPMA team has enabled us with, all of us will be successful. Sateesh sir and Vaijayantee madam thanks again 2hrs per day with Focus is Must
The course meets my expectations and after doing this I am confident that I will clear my PMP® exam.
Program mission and vision are cleared. Thank you for making us realised PMP® .
My experience is I followed and Read all the knowledge areas and tried to connect with the examples provided by Sir or Madam to remember it easily.Took the mock test and worked on analysis provided by Vaijayantee madam seriously. Solving question bank thoroughly from EPMA Study Material helped as instructed by Sateesh sir. Had Prepared a schedule and had stick to it.
I am very thankful to EPMA team for all the hard work and knowledge transfer for my PMP® certification. Starting from the registration, Team helped me to deposit fees and receiving study material on time and resolving all my queries. The way how Sateesh sir explained PMP® and told stories for making the concept more clear was tremendous.
Additionally, thankful to Vaijayantee mam for giving feedback on mocks was very helpful for self analysis.
Overall, EPMA was one of the best experience.
I joined EPMC virtual classes on Aug 1st week for my PMP® exam preparation. The weekend classes by Vaijayantee Mam gave an excellent understanding about the methodologies and various process flows of project management. It also provided a clear outline for preparing for the exam in an optimum time. Along with the PMBOK, EPMC study materials and chapter wise practice questions improved my level of exam preparation. After taking four Mock tests I got more confident for the PMP® exam. Most of the simulated Mock test question patterns were like the PMP® exam. Small hand notes about some important inputs, outputs and tools & techniques also helped me to revise it before the exam.
I am sincerely grateful to Vaijayantee Kamat Mam and the EPMC team for their support and guidance in preparing and passing the PMP® exam in my first attempt. Thank you.
I wanted to thank you for the excellent training classes that you ran for us over the four week period in July this year. All the students were highly participative and interactive in the class, mainly due to teaching capabilities of the lecturer… this led to upliftment of my own motivation towards attempting the PMP® Certification Exam. I am sure that your guidance will provide me the impetus towards taking a step forward, for various advanced certification programs.
I am student of your 2-July Batch. Yesterday, I passed PMP® certification.
Your course has been helpful in achieving this milestone.
Thanks Sir for nice knowledge sessions … Story links were very helpful in developing understanding.
EPMC notes alongwith PMBoK references is good combination.
Also couple of counselling provided by madam were helpful in some stressed situations… Thanks Madam.
Excellence in life program should be helpful in managing peace of mind necessary for such exams & day2day situations.
All supporting staff members are very helpful & prompt for needs.. thanks to them.
Improvement Scope in MockTests:
Found many questions are very confusing & person can’t understand logic even after checking answers.
With this expecting 80% is very difficult in Test 2 & 4. I could hardly get 105 & 114 in these.
Bad score puts candidate under depression & they don’t dare to take exam.. Also, seek for other tests available in market.
This is from self experience & after talking to couple of other fellow students.
I am proud to announce that I am now certified project management Professional(PMP)® , I scored above target score in my first attempt..!!! I would like to thank my mentor Sateesh Sir who supported me during this journey. Also its my pleasure to thank all of you for your inspirational support to explore my career.
It was great leaning experience!!!
My Purpose? – Why did I took this training.
Did I Gain Something? – Practical Learnings.
Be Happy – No Matter what!
I have a choice each & every day of my life.
I choose to feel blessed
I choose to feel grateful
I choose to be excited
I choose to be thankful
I choose to be happy and
I choose to think positive
Umesh Itraj says…
Reason for me opting for this course was I felt I am being lost in day to day life and need to stop, think and listen to the faculty who has rich experience of “LIFE”- Sateesh Kamat Sir
Things which I could relate to myself and are part of this course :
1.Resilience : Don’t Give up ..try try and Try ..
2.Let it Go : the Grudges we carry for life about other takes no where .adds lots of burden day in day out.. Forgive and let it go
3.Self discovery: one of the near and dear concepts for me . Unless one know inside out and true value of life we don’t live life . The purpose of life is to ‘GIVE” from what you “have”
Be grateful to life : Ambitions and goals are important but if by any chance we don’t reach there at given time ..one should be grateful to what life has given
Kartik Pushpanathan.
